CHAR Participates at Major Biogas and Biosolids Conferences

Andrew Friedenthal, CHAR Technologies Director of Business Development, recently attended the 2023 Value of Biogas East Conference in Toronto, Ontario. Organized by the Canadian Biogas Association, the Value of Biogas East Conference attracted over 400 leaders in the biogas and renewable natural gas (RNG) field across Canada and abroad.

Andrew was also in Charlotte, North Carolina last month participating in the Residuals and Biosolids Conference co-hosted by the Water Environment Federation and the International Water Association. Attendees at the conference shared new technologies, successful innovations, and current best practices to achieve long-term success designing and managing biosolids programs.

As announced previously, CharTech Solutions recently partnered with Synagro Technologies, Inc., a preeminent provider of biosolid and residual solutions services, to demonstrate the performance of CharTech Solutions’ proprietary high-temperature pyrolysis (HTP) process to eliminate PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) from biosolids and generate renewable energy and biochar for wastewater treatment sites across North America.
