OUR KEY AREAS OF IMPACT
1. CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE
We aim to drive value by going the extra mile, ensuring that our reporting standards incorporate GHG emissions and our impact on communities. To this end, we are developing an ongoing ESG reporting framework as the first step in measuring climate-related financial risk and opportunity disclosures for our stakeholders.
Our ESG / Sustainability Report will follow guidelines developed by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), a non-profit organization founded in 2011 to develop sustainability accounting standards, as well as current guidance provided by the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), a committee of the international Financial Stability Board.
2. ADVANCING CIRCULAR ECONOMY SOLUTIONS
We aim to work with partners across sectors to develop solutions that power a circular economy.
With our HTP process, we can convert low-value wastes to high-value usable biocarbon end products and renewable energy, thus lowering GHG emissions in various facilities.
Our consulting engineering services also help our industrial and commercial clients reach their own corporate targets by minimizing their environmental footprints related to carbon emissions, resources, and waste.
3. FOSTERING SHARED VALUE FOR COMMUNITIES
We understand that our success is defined by the thriving communities in which we conduct business.
With sites situated on traditional Indigenous lands, we work closely with Indigenous Communities as well as other forestry organizations to foster shared opportunities and growth.

We prioritize robust governance. Our independent Board of Directors (comprising 5 members) ensures transparency and responsible management.
The executive team, including the CEO, CFO, and COO, reports to but does not sit on, the Board, preserving its independence.
